Royal Flora is a soil based probiotic. The fulvic and humic acids it contains naturally contain these beneficial bacteria. To improve digestion and the prebiotic quality of the product, additional herbs have been added.

Ingredients: Humic/fulvic acids containing soil based microorganisms, bilberry leaf, ginger rhizome, milk thistle seed, cilantro leaf, hypromellose capsule.
Dosage
Adults and children 16 or more years of age: 2 capsules daily 20-30 minutes before a meal with a glass of water or as directed.
